Our Journey to NAMETS

NAMETS was born from the shared passion of Chef David and his wife Monette, two people who believed that Filipino food deserves to be celebrated with heart, honesty and craftmanship. What started as a simple dream in a small kitchen slowly grew into a food brand built on hard work, trust, and a goal to bring Filipino hospitality to every table.

Every dish at Namets carries the story of early mornings, late nights and countless hours perfecting recipes that honour Filipino classics. Chef David brings his dedication to flavours crafting each dish with passion. Monette brings the vision, the warmth and the planning of operations that keeps the business grounded and growing.

Together, they built Namets not just as a food business but as a reflection of their values.

Chef David

Chef David Hernandez is a professional chef with an experience in the culinary industry for almost fifteen years both locally and internationally. He studied Diploma in Culinary Arts at American Hospitality Academy in the Philippines. Chef David believes that passion is essential in cooking to be able to create a good dish. His commitment to quality and his love for the craft continue to define his work and inspire the dishes he creates.
